The cafeteria is transformed into a North Pole Shopping Mall, where Santa’s elves have loads of amazing and fun items for your kiddos purchase for those special people in their lives.

How does it work?

Items for sale range from 50 cents to $15 and are organized by theme: pets, Christmas, siblings, Mom, Dad, etc. Please talk to your children about what items they may want to buy and help them fill out their shopping lists.

We request that you send kids in with a reusable shopping bag. Presents will come home wrapped and tagged, though — so no need to peak!

For children in grades K-5, please send money or check made out to “St. Timothy Home and School Association” in an envelope with their last name on it. This will help the elves who assist them during their shopping period!

Middle-schoolers are invited to come shop during their AAP time.

We offer an option to use any unspent funds as a donation. (This is usually less than $1, as elves encourage the kids to spend their money on their families.) Please note that section on the shopping list emailed by the school or on their envelope.

Interested in helping little shoppers?

It’s shopping time! We need elves to help for this year’s Santa Workshop.

We need help setting up on Sunday and then for the actual event Monday or Tuesday. Come for 30 minutes, all day or however long you can spare!

What jobs need fulfilled during store hours? Our younger students need help picking out items for loved ones and also counting money. So the more the better to help them all have the best experience! We also need help bagging their items at checkout so that they can surprise everyone with their amazing selections.

8:15-9 a.m. 1st grade
9:00-9:45 a.m. Kindergarten
9:45-10:30 a.m. 3rd grade
10:30-11:15 a.m. 2nd grade
12:15-1 p.m. 5th grade
1:00-2 p.m. 4th grade
Middle school will go during AAP

Cafeteria is offering a bagged lunch for purchase this day, which includes a cold sandwich, chips, fruit and milk. Students will eat in their classrooms.
